What is Arizona Lacrosse Academy?
Arizona Lacrosse Academy is a 501c3 non-profit committed to growing the game of lacrosse in non-traditional areas of the Valley.
We have welcomed over 400 players from all over Arizona to learn this wonderful game and create lifelong friends as they progress through our clinics and camps.
Every new idea and staff hiring at AZLA goes through the filter of our Mission and Vision statement found on the home page of our website.
We at Arizona Lacrosse Academy are constantly learning from others and approach life with a growth mindset to provide the best learning environment for your child.
What We Believe
Through lacrosse we can make our community and the community of those less fortunate better!
Lacrosse should be for everyone regardless of income. As such, we scholarship 100% of our student-athletes!
We create an environment where it’s okay to make mistakes and learn from them. Take risks! Make mistakes!
Playing multiple sports is encouraged. Multi-sport athletes develop different skill sets within each activity that can then translate to the lacrosse field.
Current and former lacrosse players can make great coaches, but so can people with no experience if they have a passion to teach, inspire, learn and lead! We collaborate with, train and support our coaches.
Engaging with youth and high school aged scholars is a privilege and we appreciate parents trusting us with their child.
